Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

I love frozen cookie dough. Here is my quick and tasty AF vegan cookie dough recipe.

What You Need

3 tablespoons of vegan butter

1/2 cups of natural peanut butter

1/2 of maple syrup

1/4 teaspoon of pink Himalayan sea salt

1 teaspoon of vanilla 

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

1 1/2 cups of rolled oats

3/4 cups of vegan chocolate chips.

 

What To Do

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.

Once everything is combined well, roll dough in hands, making walnut sizes balls.

Place cookie dough balls on a baking sheet that is lined with parchment paper.

Place is freezer for an hour to chill. Once the dough chilled, take them out and place the balls in an air tight container. Keep them stored in the freezer.
